Underprivileged children are exposed to hard realities and challenges which help them developing different skill set to handle situations.These different sets of skills are sometimes more effective in identifying immediate issues surrounding them and also to come up with solutions which is more practical.The standard set of measuring tools such as standardised tests, exams etc. fail to measure the skill and learning level through alternative means. MIC( Measuring Intellectual Capacity) tools is an internet based software program which allows students to test their Intellectual Capacity by answering a set of questions derived from surveying multiple education systems. The MIC tools can be used to measure the Intellectual Capacity (IC) of the underprivileged children with special focus on the outcome than the means to achieve it and then compare with the standard students
